Product Introduction

Product Overview

Dual-metal band saw blades are highly versatile and suitable for all types of band saw machines. Crafted from an alloy spring steel back material known for its exceptional fatigue resistance, combined with high-hardness high-speed steel teeth, these blades deliver outstanding wear resistance, excellent red hardness, and superior durability—ensuring that the saw teeth remain intact even under heavy use. Their multi-tooth design makes them ideal for cutting a wide range of materials, including alloy steels, stainless steel, as well as metals like copper and aluminum—in both profiled shapes, tubular forms, and solid stock components. With tooth tip hardness reaching up to HRC67-69, these blades can effortlessly handle even the toughest, high-hardness materials. Additionally, they boast advantages such as low noise levels, smooth and pristine cut surfaces, and minimal material waste during the cutting process.

The newly developed anti-tensile band saw blade features a unique structural design that significantly enhances the strength of the tooth tips, reducing the likelihood of teeth breaking under tension. This results in faster cutting performance when processing specially shaped steel tubes, making it the ideal choice for rapid cutting of structural steel, steel pipes, and bundled steel materials. Additionally, this tooth profile effectively prevents common issues like frequent chipping during high-speed cutting—problems often caused by excessively rapid blade engagement.
